FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (94.3 WSC) - In the wake of Hurricane Matthew, Civil War artillery has surfaced on Folly Beach near Ashley Avenue.
Bomb squad from Charleston County and the Air Force Explosive Teams are on site ready to examine the ordnance, once the tide goes out.
Residents in Charleston, James Island, and on Folly Beach may hear explosions when the artillery is detonated.
