Meet Harper! Harper is 5 years old and was diagnosed with spina-bifida when she was born and had her first surgery within 24 hours of her birth. She passed a huge milestone just two years ago when she turned 3 years old and did not need brain surgery. Harper loves to paint, dance, play with her dolls, the movie Moana, visiting families and making new friends.
