A little girl was yanked underwater by a sea lion over the weekend. She was sitting on the edge of the dock and the sea lion jumped up and grabbed her by her dress and pulled her in the water. Thankfully a man standing close by jumped in the water immediately and grabbed her before she was injured. The frightening moment was captured on video and has been going viral all day.
