The 2019 Charleston Holiday Parade will begin on Broad Street at Rutledge Avenue, travel north on Meeting Street, and end on Calhoun Street at Meeting Street. It will be full of bands, floats, marchers, and other performers!
Free parking vouchers for many downtown garages are provided to the citizens of Charleston.
