Cops Track Down Porch Pirates Who Stole Wedding Dress

A bride-to-be from Kansas City, Missouri, was devastated after a porch pirate stole her wedding dress one day before the ceremony. Luckily for Jaycee and Patrick McIntosh, their Ring security camera captured the suspect, who brazenly took the package in the middle of the afternoon.

They handed the footage over the police, who were able to track down the suspects at a nearby shopping center. When officers approached the vehicle, they found three women inside and could see the wedding dress in the car.

Police took the women into custody and found methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and a gun in the vehicle. Officials did not identify the three women but said they are all convicted felons and have warrants out for their arrest.

Deputies returned the dress to Jaycee, and she married Patrick the next day in a small ceremony with friends and family. The newlyweds were in good spirits, even posing for wedding photos wearing facemasks while holding bottles of Corona.

"It was an emotional week, and it ended in a good story, good weather, and with the love of my life," she told KCTV.
