Brittany Aldean Shares Update After Son, 7, Spends 'Long Night In The ER'

Brittany Aldean shared an update after her son spent “a long night” in the emergency room.

Brittany shares 7-year-old Memphis with her husband, reigning Academy of Country Music Artist of the Decade Jason Aldean. She wrote on her Instagram story on Tuesday (July 15) that “it was a long night in the ER, but Memphis is OK! He fractured his collarbone and will be in a sling for a couple weeks ❤️ Just some rest and extra lovin, (and) he’ll be healed before we know it 🙌”

On another slide on her Instagram story, Brittany shared a video and said Memphis was “still making us laugh, even in the ER.” Jason can be heard off camera assuring his son that he hopes the bone isn’t broken, but he’ll likely need a sling. The family joked that Memphis should tell his friends that he sustained the injury by wrestling an alligator, or that he got jumped and “beat them all up,” though Memphis said he doubted he could do that. Brittany told her son, “you’re so strong.”

Jason and Brittany share Memphis, 7, and his younger sister Navy, 6. They join Keeley, 22, and Kendyl, 17, Jason’s two daughters from his previous marriage.
