Ric Rush and The WEZL Kindness Crews-aide joined in at the North Charleston Veterans Day Tribute this morning at the Felix C. Davis Community Center in Park Circle. Mayor Keith Summey of North Charleston introduced keynote speaker Colonel Tom Clark III who served in the United States Marine Corps to share some remarks.
