JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) - Authorities are investigating after a shooting victim showed up at a James Island Food Lion Friday night, according to police.
Charleston police say the victim was driven to the grocery store on 1291 Folly Road.
Police and the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office are investigating where the actual shooting took place.
