Talk about feeling lucky... A Maryland man is celebrating his second encounter with lottery luck after winning a $100,000 prize one year after collecting a $1 million jackpot. The 63-year-old Lexington Park man told lottery officials he had originally intended to buy a $20 scratch-off ticket, but the clerk convinced him to try a $30 Extreme Cash scratch-off.
"The cashier told me that I should buy it because it was the last one and he was about to put up a new roll of tickets."
The man scratched the ticket off in the Rod N' Reel store and revealed the $100,000 prize. In September 2020, he won a $1 million jackpot from a Lucky 777 scratch-off ticket. What's the best "string of luck" you've had in your life?
