Effective March 1, Carnival Cruise Lines will no longer require passengers to wear a mask while onboard. The cruise line announced the change in a press release citing new CDC guidelines as the reason for the change. This updated policy also means that kids 5 and under will no longer be required to have vaccine exemptions for "vaccinated cruises." Other major cruise lines like Norweigan and Royal Caribbean have also implemented similar changes. It's to be noted that the change for Carnival cruises may not apply for certain events and venues onboard so don't completely leave your mask ashore when you're on your next cruise. Do you agree that it's time to change the mask mandates? Have you stopped wearing masks when you go out?
