Have you been looking for the perfect excuse to justify that Starbucks addiction?! Well, this may just be it.
Stanford University recently conducted a study on coffee and found that it helps fight against a chronic inflammatory process that typically occurs for most late in life.
They took over 100 participants blood samples and connected factors such as aging, inflammation and cardiovascular disease with coffee consumption. Turns out chronic inflammatory process is often inactive in participants who drank caffeinated drinks like coffee!
So basically keep drinking Starbucks Venti-sized drinks if you'd like to live a long life!
