CCTV cameras in Kiev, the Ukranian capital, caught an underground water pipe exploding Monday. The force of the water caused the ground to rise and burst dramatically, spewing earth and debris seven stories high, and sending a river of muddy water down the street. Local media reported that no one was hurt, but several cars were damaged and windows were broken. The cause of the explosion was unclear.
Photos and video of the aftermath were shared on social media by local journalists.
