The Coburg Cow has been taken down ahead of Hurricane Florence. Everyone in Charleston knows this is the sign of an impending storm. The iconic cow normally sits spinning in West Ashley along Savannah Hwy.
Florence has been upgraded to a Category 4 Hurricane by the NWS around noon on Monday. Exact path is still unknown but the models are showing it will make landfall somewhere in South Carolina or North Carolina.
Tropical storm force winds will probably be felt in Charleston by Wednesday night.
